I started his program 2 months ago and didnt see much change at first.Then I started tapering my hypert meds and started to feel much better.Sleeping really good and I don't have much social anxiety also.Yes the supplements and test is expensive and I also bought his sauna,which I could've built way cheaper myself.As for the sauna,it is a huge part of the detox.So far no bad experiences.
