Thank you guys for your kind sentiments. As a post script to the post I left last night I woke up this morning feeling more I rested than I have in some time. Unsure as to how much of that is due the flush, I'll take it for what it's worth.

I am looking forward to the next one in probably two weeks. In the meantime I bought a vegetable juicer online yesterday and will do some of that before the next one, to hopefully remove even more internal clutter. Having done juice fasting, I know the benefits of it, and I believe that flushing and juice fasting are good complements to one another.
