I tried magnesium chloride "oil" and it seemed to make my heart race, although I did spray quite a bit on sometimes.

How do you know what dose you're taking, or is it just spray it on 3 times per day or something (with one single squirt) and hope for the best.

I noticed that when I overdosed on the mag oil, eventually my bowel started to move (due to relaxation of the smooth muscles).

So are we talking 1 squirt, two or three times per day?

I've ordered the wholefood complex anyway, so maybe that will be a good solution along with a little mag oil.
