Barring a visit with a naturopath or herbalist who really knows there stuff, what I would do in the presence of multiple problems is:

Do thorough cleansings of your liver, gallbladder, kidneys, blood, etc.

Eliminate toxins from your environment as well as your body.

Consider a water fast to help re-set your system.

Replace bad habits with good ones.

Try to build a healthy foundation for a properly functioning body and optimum immune system.  See:
