You are using the old protocol. This is no longer recommended.

The new protocol is to start out at 1 drop every two hours for 8 hours or so. Increasing by a drop as your body lets you know. The old protocol is a bit stressful on the body. Go to Jim Humbles web site and review the new protocol.
