I have done a flush at a 1 week interval as,like you I felt that there was more to come out.Unfortunately nothing much happened.
With regard to the under performing adreanals, my herbalist has put me on Astralagus tincture.1 teaspoon a day but'take another dose if you feel washed out later in the day'. I have also found that a drink of electrolyte solution first thing in the morning gets me going better than water.[it's only glucose,salt and potassium but has to be mixed to exactly the correct dilution for the body to utilise it properly].It's also useful after a Liver Flush to replace minerals leached out by the Epsom Salts .Enjoy your holiday.Love and Light, Deotima.
