Hello everyone,

I remember Uny not reccomending to drink less water just because we're drinking juices. - Makes sense to me.

What about herbal teas? - Since I am consuming a good amount of herbal teas, would it be ok to reduce my water intake? After all herbal teas are made of a lot of water.
