I took Antibiotics for a mild case of Acne back in the early 90's. In my opinion I didn't even need to be on them, but I was too young to know better.

I don't know if I even have Candida. I'm just looking for a reason behind all of my problems. I've been on the diet for 3 months but am too scared to try any antifungals because I am so sensitive to everything (vitamins included). Now I feel like a complete failure because I cheated and had some fudge, bananas and chocolate milk! Maybe I should start all over again after the holidays. It's so hard...
