Thank you, yes if I could just get to a stable enough level mentally I could really hone in an focus on dealing with this. Instead I fight everyday to even survive. Weird thing though, after i made this post today, i felt like shit all day, had that weird buzzing in my head.

I came home, took a few more HCL an ate some chicken/brown rice. took an antifungal(caprylic acid).

I feel 10x better. I'm still not 100%. But i'm actually gonna go shopping, an i feel some positivity. I never feel that.
