Not sure who this message is far. I indicated that I eat a granny apple 15 minutes before eating any food. I also eat blueberries without meals, so am not sure what you guys are saying.

There are many people that eat fruit and have no problems. Maybe I am one of those since these 2 fruits do not bother me. We are all different....and even the research is based on a finite number of respondents. The findings are not universal. There are folks on this forum that eat fruit without problems. I am going to continue with the Granny apple since my health seems to tolerate it.
