see if they'll give you some n-aceytl-cystine and lots of oxygen. The NAC will help your body clear toxins esp fungal toxins. I agree, no cashews!

from what you described n the past, it sounds like you may have some mechanical issue with the intestines? Possibly something that could require sugery.

you say you can't eat anything but what are your symptoms? Vomitting? Constipation? Diarreah? Alternating constipation/diareah? Gas? Bloating? Really foul gas/ putrification/ fermentation?
