Thank you socalgrl! I think my Adrenal fatigue is quite a bit worse than yours has been. I think I'll continue to stray away from the coffee enemas for now, as much as I would love to partake. If I were to drink a cup of coffee I think I would probably become comotose from it. Leading up to my Level 3 AF it started to be that things that had been stimulating in the past, like cigarettes, booze and even tea would just wipe me out immediately... I wouldn't get any high first. So... I guess I'll take the safe road for now.
