Thanks, Socal, for the great book list. I just wanted to add one to that: The Hope Book by Dr. Helen DeRosis. It examines the relationship between Depression and perfectionism.

147, I wanted to suggest something to you since you area fellow writer: Write a story about someone who suffers from the same symptoms as you.., and who finds her way to rise above to happiness and calmness. By objectifying things like this, writing therapy can be helpful.
