I assume you're wanting to use it in a bath? If that's what you're trying to do you'll need about 5 bottles of the 3% to equal a half cup of the Food Grade 35%. Mix it in with a full bath and soak. It's simple.

I recommend the Food Grade variety however. I never tried the 3%.
