Dr. Ornish showed that in just 6 months, of a healthy Diet and life style, one can reverse or neutralize *bad* gene expression... if one hasn't totally obliterated any specific gene... yet.

In addition, historically, all indigenous, tribal, primitive people, knew to give the best, most nutrient dense foods to the pregnant\lactating women, babies and growing children, and couples, wanting to have a baby (even to a bride and groom to be before *marriage\coupling*) for a long while before they would conceive.

I think it is fairly simple, common sense.

So yes, if Richards fathered children after being relatively clean and living even somewhat healthy, those kids could have lucked out...
