We both have Hypothyroid.. we take T-100 I refused to take the chemicals until I could find one that I felt that was natural.. but my husband had taken it for years.. and we felt it was causing a lot of problems.. you know all the side affects.. he felt so much better after coming off the chemicals.. his doctors almost gave birth to a cow.. you know the larger breed of cow.. lol !! but he won and the test came back great.. so.. that battle is over.. good luck with yours..

sorry about the Xylitol.. amazing .. panic attack huh ? WoW.. do you think that was die off..?

but their is stevia.. do not see why it would not work.. the X.. makes it stiffer.. but you can grind up things like sunflower seeds and punkin seeds to do the same thing... I would emagine.
