lol !! well .. kiddo we all do it.. and the fog is the die off... they say if you get die off bad.. now get this.. they say to eat a little carbohydrates like a cracker.. do not know if it works.. seems kinda strange to give it more to feed on.. when it is going nuts.. but what have you to lose ??

Did you read the post.. where I told eveyone to make the xylitol candy..?? with the almond butter and Powdered xylitol sugar.. this helped us stay on the diet.
