Thank you so much for your reply. It's so long I'll have to read it a few times to comprehend everything (I'm in a serious fog).
I was doing well on my diet, but tonight I kind of fell off the wagon and ate some fudge. I make it every xmas and it was just too tempting, if you know what I mean. That was the first time I cheated and I feel horrible about it.
Thanks again for all the info. I really appreciate it. I am very, very sick and need all the help I can get. I think my 96 year old grandmother feels better than I do (I'm 38). In fact, I know she does. It's like a slow death.
