I don't remember what my symptoms to eggs are. My elisa test said I have a severe allergy to egg yolks an whites. I'll try more hcl an enzymes. Sometimes I feel te burn if I take ten min befre meal. I was takin like 2400 mg. I stopped cause when I was takin alot 2400mg. I'd get heart palpations an like trouble breathing.


I'll try your advice though hopefully I get some clarity. Alot of my problem is te anxiety. Cause I feel "ok" when im takin Xanax. But I'm Tryin to not take it anymore cause I know it's bad for me. So I'm weening off it right now.
