Hang in there!! I know it may be tough on the digestion, but I found sunflower seed butter and pumpkin seed butter to be invaluable when I was having major bloodsugar issues (I have AF and candida). My naturopath also told me NOT to push the candida curing until my body had recovered some strength, because the die off was keeping me in a vicious cycle. For a while, I was eating a lot of cooked zucchini and summer squash and lots of avocados. They help to keep me ok when I would otherwise feel faint. Ultimately, I really took to eating nuts so that I could stabilize my bloodsugar.

I highly recommend that you follow this advice until you can find yourself a good naturopath/doctor:

Hang in there! You WILL recover, I know how you feel, as I suffered from terrible AF, candida, and bloodsugar issues. You can and will overcome it, especially knowing that you're not alone.

I know you can't eat almonds, but you might try this recipe as something nice and warm to keep you going (I eat the cashew cream warm before it's refrigerated)

The recipe is from this site, which has lots of neat and tasty recipes that are relatively allergy friendly: http://www.dietdessertndogs.com/recipes/recipe-index/
