Can I just reiterate that you need a doctor? Getting a doctor gives you peace of mind, you need to know that you are not alone in this fight. You need to feel like you are on the right path. Since getting a doctor, I never get deep despairing thoughts anymore. That list above that I put has the most likely best doctors in oregon for thyroid issues.

Another thing, I take lithium orotate 10mgs elemental lithium a day, and it seems to have definitely had an effect on my depression, there is a lot of stuff on the net about ultra low dose lithium having positive effects on depression, check it out.
