got some pine needles off of a beautiful cedar and made tea.
I was afraid it would be too strong to down but it turned out just weak strength. Maybe there mite be something there for worms inside?

this week making cayenne pepper broths and when I'm not on that

it's iodine dis and dat.

I'm trying to strengthen my immunity and cleanse simple like.
