Hi Chiron, This happens to me sometimes in the winter. I use a pumice stone on my heels to take off any dry skin, then I use sorbelene cream pretty thickly, then put on socks. I do this at night, before going to bed, and wear the socks in bed.

After a day or two of this treatment, I have no more cracked heels.
