Allergic to chicken is highly unlikely , what could have happened is the boiling of the bones in the broth creating glutamite which can be stumulating in some people.

I have similar symptoms , your symptoms are mostly caused by excess stress.Have your tried chinese licorice yet? brew it in a tea.It helped me , but be sure to get the chinese variety and not the american one.
