What about meats? Chicken, turkey, fish? Red meat is probably not good if you have stomach issues.

What about fats? Can you eat fats and what are the effects?

If you can combine little carb with some veggies, meat and fats you should stick to them.

Not eating doesn't sound like a good plan.
