Water fast of a few days is no good anyway , it takes around 3 days for the livers glycogen stores to exhaust so you really aren't getting much benefit from doing it.

In fact i'd go as far to say the only time i would recommend a Water Fast would be in a case of ulcerative colitis or similar illnesses.Better to treat other issues with minerals/vitamins/herbs.
