Hm.. I had a look back on old threads... is the only risk of blood pressure dropping too low? Or does magnesium possibly become toxic to the body? I'll make sure I drink lots of water as this worries me as well too!!

When I took 2 250mg magnesium and 500mg calcium tablets I always said I could feel my heart beating kinda worryingly slow, but I dunno if that was in my head or not..

*is scared now* ._. heh


Although I tested how I felt after Epsom Salts by having a teaspoon 2 nights ago and a tablespoon last night. I feel/felt fine other than an upset stomach and a bit dehydrated (I'll make sure to drink more). Hm.
