I'm also new to Iodine and trying my best to get through some of the info and "R" posts in this forum. It's very daunting and burdensome given my fatigue and lack of concentration.

I'm having a slightly easier time working through Brownstein's book. It's been a good intro and I'd recommend it. But it doesn't get interesting or meaty until 3/5's in.
