A Water Fast for someone with adrenal fatigue is a VERY bad idea. As far as what you should eat, I suggest you get real good at listening to your body. If you have blood Sugar issues it is important to eat often. It's a good idea to eat something with protein before bed. I usually eat 3 raw eggs, some raw cheese and some sprouted flax seed crackers and that helps me to make it through the night without a blood Sugar crash.
As far a specific foods go, I personally used to eat lots of salads but lately I have found that I have to cook all of my veggies otherwise my stomach gets really sour feeling and I belch all night long. I suggest bone broths made with chicken bones and butter and Sea Salt or real salt. That, by far, feels the best to me. I also turn them into soups with chicken and vegetables. I suggest that your meals and snacks be balanced and that you have fat (butter or coconut oil) with every starch and protein. Coconut oil is good for Candida and is potent though, so I would start off with more butter and gradually increase your coconut oil if you are working on a Candida issue. I also take olive leaf for Candida and that has been helping. I don't think that white potatoes are a good idea, as I seem to have a blood Sugar drop after eating them. They are high glycemic. You will have to test these things out yourself though. If sweet potaoes don't bother your Candida issue then they would be a better choice as they are lower glycemic when steamed. If you fry them though, it brings out the sugar. I'm not eating sweet potatoes anymore because they give me yeast infections now, but they were fine with AF for a while.
