You seem to have troubles with your biological clock. A Water Fast of a few days would help you a lot. It would give you an starting point for almost every thing you need started.

There is a Water Fasting forum here in Curezone -the one for people who fast for health reason. Education is a most if you want to give it a try. A few days of fasting would surprise you- in a positive way, even if you do not want to fast for healing. It would give you relief and a sense of direction.
