I have heard you shouldnt take magnesium without calcium.
If you have malabsorbtion or fat you probably have sibo or giardia.Hmmm do you have bloating?Diarehea?I have sibo-bad.And i have alot of mushy diarhea with undigested food...its sticky and gross looking..smells awful.If you have any other ?'s about sibo feel free to ask..as i have a confirmed case of it,and am treating it now.
