Fat blocks oxygen to the cells and in the blood. Candida can't survive in oxygenated environments like when you follow an 80/10/10 diet. Like I said before, you are treating candida as THE disease instead of the SYMPTOM. If too much Sugar is the cause, how come everyone doesn't have candida? Let's face it, most people have taken their share of Antibiotics without problem. Find the underlying issue, this is more important than any diet.
