Also forgot to mention. Yes you NEED probiotics on a daily basis. I will be taking:

4 Oz: Kefir
3 billion cultures of Acidolpholus
Primal Defense
Threelac

and I am also drinking 1/4 teaspoon of Baking soda after every meal and tending to Dr. Ted from Bangkok's alkalizing methods.
