I actually have taken the DM earth but it made stools come out that were oddly light tan colored and had some blood/red color in them. So im not sure how I feel about that product right now. At the moment I dont want to take anything thats producing results like that.

I doubt the DE was causing this.  Light colored stools is indicative of gallbladder issues leading to decreased bile secretion.

Bright red blood is usually from hemorrhoids.  Bleeds higher up in the intestines come out black, tar-like.  If from the stomach or above the blood will look like coffee grounds.  DE does not damage the intestinal wall, although it can shred parasitical worms in the intestines.

I actually have been vegetarian/vegan for 5 years. My energy levels arent horrible.Over the summer they were fantastic as I was going to the gym often. I could actually pull off going to school/work and the gym in one day many times these last year. I try not to eat any junk food or candy. But must admit ill have the occasional fast food. I plan on getting a vitamin test done when I have the funds. Ive recently been adding
Sea Salt to my water to try to hydrate more. I jut bought some extra virgin organic coconut oil and will start trying that out tonight I think. I had previously bought Udos Choice but im not sure how I felt about that. I was reading how Iodine could help with skin issues, same with the omegas in UDO's but I got no great answer on if its okay to take both? As they both do things to the adrenals am I right?

Yes, it is OK to take both.  Iodine works on the thyroid, which if low can cause dry skin as a side effect.  Although if the hypothyroidism is from Hashimoto's thyroidosis too much iodine can actually aggravate the condition.  Essential fatty acids helps to make up part of cell membranes and acts as a fuel source for cells.
