Try to avoid any surgeries if you can. My suggestion is to look in another direction, step out of the box and ask yourself some questions.

When did this first happen? What was going on in your life at this time? Look for something filthy or dirty that somebody did to you, some feeling you want to get rid of.

What do you really find disgusting? Has somebody soiled your reputation?

Can you remember anything?
