Understand the adaptogens, but high carb diet? Can you (or anyone) explain, provide source for this info?

Can you (or anyone) share thoughts regarding approach for those, such as myself lucky (??) enough to have high cortisol, mild hyperthyroidism, hyperadrenalism as well as an invasive molds/mycotoxins issues?
