wow you got alot of the same symptoms as me. it's very bad today, i had alot of fat(macadamian nuts w/coconut oil, avacados)

i'm cutting out all fat, only veggies for a couple days, then will add fruit.

i can only get better, cause i'm so close to death i'm willing to try anything. hopefully this works. i've only been getting worse for 6 months.
