Thanks for the info Hally,

I'm drinking Marshmellow root tea and cranberries juiced at the moment, that does seem to be helping. I think what I really have is interstitial cystitis. I've been told for the last 10 years its just an irritable bladder but now with this kidney pain and even more intense urge to urinate, I think I now what I'm dealing with.
