Castor Oil? I am a castor oil fan. I like to do it at the beginning of a 2-5 day Colon Cleanse program.

I've only done it a few times, but have wondered if it had some antifungal properties, as I felt so much better. Given the fact that Undecylenic acid is derived from castor oil, and undecylinic acid is a very good antifungal, im not surprised.
