Also, 2mg. is going to be slow, but it is as fast as I can go or tolerate. I have to function during the day and work, so I take things at a level of which I can tolerate and still function. I take the approach to not make any assumptions of how fast I can ramp up and I take the amount I can tolerate for as long as neccessary until I can tolerate more.

I see alot of people in here posting that they ramped up their dose of Iodine and they felt horrible and had problems so they quit. I think people get this idea in their head that they see other people ramping up quickly without any problems to several tabs of iodoral a day and so they think everyone can do that and if they run into problems because they cant tolerate that, they quit taking it altogether.

When I read some of these posts, I get the feeling sometimes they think taking Iodine is a race. Take as much iodoral as fast as possible and they are confused when things go wrong.
It would be like getting into a car, flooring the gas pedal and then be confused when they crash the car down the street. So they come in here and say, hey why did the car crash ? I got in and floored it and I now I am hurting and I dont understand why this happened ? Then they decide to stop driving the car altogether(quit taking iodine)
