I'm probably going to sound like amateur hour here but do digestive enzymes break down probiotics? I try to take digestive enzymes with everymeal, however if I have quinoa with kefir I refrain from taking them because I'm afraid they'll breakdown the probiotics in kefir. I feel this is unwarranted, I would like someone to confirm so I could start taking enzymes following this breakfast choice.
