One drop of 5% drop in my bath makes me feel drugged and passed out for an hour ?

I drop it on my wet skin and then it runs off into the bathwater and mixes in.

I have done this twice and I have to crawl in bed and sleep for an hour or two. I feel totally drugged, like I took ghb or something.

I have painted Lugols on my body before, but dont have the same reaction.

I have been taking oral Lugols 2mg. for 9 months. I cant go much higher than 4mg. without feeling fatigued, but more in a wiped out way rather than a drugged way like the bath experience. I have been passing cloudy urine when taking Lugols and just assume it is bromine, but after 9 months, it hasnt let up.

What is wrong with me ?
