Hi,

First of all, I have to say that I hope your request for a vegan face lotion does not indicate that you are a vegan.  Unless you really know what you are doing and take pains to make sure that you are not missing essential nutrition from your vegan diets, including healthy fats, you diet itself may be a big contributor to your skin problems and may be setting you up for other problems too.

Being a healthy vegan involves much, much more than simply doing away with meats.  It is not how we have evolved and adapted and it is not our natural diet. I don't recommend anyone going strictly vegetarian in the first place and if they do decide to do so, really learning about what they are doing and how to do so the healthiest way. OK, no more lecture but I had to get that in if we are to look at all areas which may help or hindure you - and a strict vegan diet may hinder you quite a bit.

My favorite topical skin item is grapeseed oil.  It is wonderful for eliminating fine lines and moisturizing your skin.  Another very good one is lavender oil.  Eating lots of coconut oil and omega 3's may help too.  My favorite supplement for the skin is hyaluronic acid.  Also good for the joints, it makes a noticeable difference in reducing fine line wrinkles and dry skin for me. I frequently use a colloidal gold skin and scalp bar from CZ sponsor Utopia Silver. It contains pure colloidal gold, plant minerals and natural juniper oil and I really like it as well as the colloidal silver version.

The following two articles of mine may provide you with some helpful information about healing past sunburn damage and having younger, healthier looking skin.

I will conclude by saying that good health begins at the cellular level.  If you properly hydrate your cells, provide them with ALL the essential nutrients they need, avoid toxins and keep your cells cleansed of toxins, then you should be able to enjoy health in many areas - and that includes your skin.

All the best,

DQ
