Good point (something that I've been thinking). I agree with you completely - where are the "elders" or "veterans" as moderators?

I find Hvera... quite reticent around here with the natural approach, which could prove very useful to many.

We need a "sticky" like on forums with all of the standard self-navigation advice and strengthening/rebuilding practices (e.g. drinking diatomaceous earth etc.).
