Have you run any tests ? 24 Hour saliva cortisol ? Dhea ? Tetosterone ? Full thyroid panel ? Vitamin D ? Ferratin studies ?B12 ?

I'm waiting for test kits for ASI 24 hour saliva (Cortisol/DHEA), vitamin D and ARL hair mineral analysis. I'm also waiting for a thyroid panel (sure it'll be "normal"!).

Why do you ask about Ferratin and B12? I eat raw animal products, so B12 should not be a problem (unless I'm a poor absorber). Not sure about ferratin...

Surely, I need to track my cortisol/DHEA as the baseline, although a local practitioner just bailed out on me because she drinks soya milk and I disputed her nutritional advice based on that alone, so it's wasted a couple of weeks. I will rely on the ARL-associated practitioner to assay the 24 hour cortisol/DHEA...

I was wondering if anyone combined the Lam protocol with others to combat the tissue catabolism, while resolving other issues like mineral balancing etc.
