Thanks Willow that is great advice. I will certainly try it out if I get sick.

I live with my Mom and she has a really bad cold right now. I am now wondering if there is anything I might do with what I have on hand to see if I can avoid getting it. I thought maybe upping the garlic and/or Echinacea?

Thoughts?
