yes, I have the book, but do not remember anything about doing kidney flushes regularily. I probably do need to kidney flush, I did a juice fast about 2 months ago (doesn't that help the kidney?)
I used to regularily drink a kidney tea, but found the taste so awful...
anyway thanks I will read through the book again
