Hey yea the same thing happens to me with Seborrheic Dermatitis . It is due to the physical stress energy used by self-gratification, why we sleep afterward, just need to manage your stress well before and after. Be sure to eat well and get good sleep. After ogasm your body uses up energy to replenish reproductive products and puts more stress on your body, and the reproductive part takes priority to your skin.
