I've become increasingly convinced that one of the best ways to defeat candidan/SIBO (besides diet) is competitive beneficial organisms like probiotics and SBOs.

In looking at some SBOs (Royal Flora for example) I see on the label listed "1 Trichoderma".

All my searching shows this to be a fungus, and one that is potentially dangerous to humans depending on the strain.

Am I wrong?

Is this beneficial?

What strains would be for human use?
