Thank you.. glad to help. I love to cook so the Candida diet was a challange and fun for me to use to experiment on how many different things I could make to kill the beast. And keep my husband from missing my reg treats, I always made for him.. he was such a sweet tooth man and still is.. so keeping him happy and not going off the diet and keeping our nutritional needs high was a real challange !
Have you tried steaming your veg's then putting a tablespoon of a mixture of Grapeseed oil & Sesame oil over it .. with Hymlayan salt and Costco's Kirkland Non salt herbals.. great mix and makes those veg's yummy ! some how no matter how long we have used that spice you just do not get tired of it.. and it is so full of Candida killers I marvel ! we have a rice cooker and do the same thing over the rice too ! and on meats.. eggs.. really hard to beat. Probably because it has ( if I count right) 22 different spices in it.. so you do not get just a single flavor.
Try it..simple and maybe give you a little change in life. if you do not have a costco's just take a bunch of spices.. add a tablespoon of each one you have in your cupboard that you know kills the beast and mix together and try it.. you may like it !
I think the reason my husband got so sick is because he loved sweets and me not so much.. and we were taking quite a few things that killed candida for years.. without knowing it or that we had Candida or what it was. I have always been a user of spices. So this may be how we got well so fast. plus keeping our nutrition high??
Thank goodness for his mind was sliding down hill fast ! he still has things that he cannot remember.. I think gone forever. But we all have the rest of our lives to make new memories. So good luck to you and I hope you get well soon.
